What's the difference between drug store cigars and premium cigars, besides the big price disparity? A lot. But one of the main differences is this: Cheap cigars can contain all kinds of filler -- including paper, saltpeter and glycerin. Premium cigars contain hand-picked mixes of good tobacco with no filler. Premium cigars can usually only be found from smoke shops and cigar dealers, although some major premium cigar brands, like Macanudo, have begun creeping into drug store inventories as well.
