If you're buying from an online cigar store, especially if you're trying out new cigars, look for a cigar store that allows users to write uncensored reviews of the cigars. It's becoming more and more common for online cigar catalog retailers to not only allow, but encourage customers to contribute unbiased reviews on the retail web sites. If you shop from an online cigar shop that allows such reviews, you can get a better understanding of the cigars, especially new cigars, before buying. Who knows, maybe you'll start contributing reviews yourself.
